Cultural consulting & moderation at the interfaces between stakeholders and cultural organisations.

Change, transformation and their current challenges in cultural organisations are embedded in the overall system of the cultural landscape and beyond. Looking beyond one's own organisational horizons to sponsors, associations, colleagues in other organisations, audiences, urban society, business and politics can open up new perspectives and paths, reveal unexpected possibilities for action, open up sources for successful cooperation and create convincing cultural narratives.

Strategic consulting in small steps

How you can develop an overarching strategy based on broad guidelines and basic principles (e.g. a pact (see German Stage Association), a cultural development plan, etc.) and subsequently implement them in small steps so that they can be carefully readjusted as required due to the unpredictable movements in the system.

Moderation at the interfaces

How, in a constructive space, the dialogue between different perspectives can soften hardened positions, how you can arrive at new, unexpected results and connections, or how you can internalise and legitimise the tried and tested in a new way.

Solution-orientated workshops

How to efficiently and effectively find the next step towards solving the task at hand (e.g. finding artistic leadership, structural changes, synergy measures, etc.), even when opposing interests and conflicting goals are involved.
